WOW! Embossing Powder - Rock Rebel.

WOW! Special Colour Powders - these Colour Blends are made on an opaque base with a mixture of other colours and thus gives a very strong finished colour.

This powder is smooth flowing with a lovely glossy depth. Each image will come out slightly different to the last due to the composition of the powders.

Rock Rebel is a full on textured powder with lovely chunky bits in a two tone grey, just perfect for mixed media projects.

The second image shows the finished effect after heat setting.
