Overseas Ordering

Until further notice, from Friday 13th December we are unable to delivery to NI or Europe, please accept our apologies.

We ship to the following countries:

Australia - Belarus - Canada - Gibraltar - Iceland - India - New Zealand - Norway - Switzerland - USA

For all overseas orders, postage & packaging will be charged based on the weight of your order. The default shipping charge is set at £25 for for all destinations we deliver to. If you do not complete your order as described below, our automated system will charge this shipping cost but we do always refund any amount you have been overcharged. If shipping comes to more than £25, your order will not be shipped until the correct ship cost has been paid.

Please complete your order online but select the "Overseas Shipping Cost Enquiry" option at the checkout stage, when you reach the Payment Method selection. Please use the blue check out button NOT the yellow PayPal Express button. This will send your order to us but you will NOT be charged and will not be asked for any payment details. You will receive an automated confirmation email of your order which will still show the default shipping cost but we will weigh your order and then email you with exact shipping costs. If you are happy to proceed with the order, we will send you a PayPal money request (you do not need a PayPal account, you may pay by debit or credit card) with the correct shipping charge applied. Please note that money requests must be paid within 24 hours of receipt or unfortunately your order will be cancelled. Please also note that we do not accept PayPal eCheques, immediate payment of your order is required.

Please note that we are unable to ship overseas orders to any address, other than the one that the credit card or PayPal account used for the transaction is registered to and we do not ship to P O Box numbers, unless the address is registered to your PayPal account. All duties/taxes payable on international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser.
