13 Arts Metallic Color Glow - Tourmaline.

Colour Glow can be mixed with water and then used with a paint brush or you can spray your surface with water and then with a wet paint brush, pick up dry Color Glow and use on your surface.

The powder can also be sprinkled directly on your surface and sprayed with water - the more water you add, the lighter colour you'll achieve.
