Customer Loyalty Points

Earn and Spend! Our website offers customer loyalty points which can be redeemed against a future purchase.

After you have opened an account on our website (you will need to open an account before placing your first order, otherwise our system cannot allocate points), for every £1 you spend on goods, you will receive 1 loyalty point worth 5p. Please note that postage charges, the purchase of Gift Vouchers, items in our Clearance, Sales, Workshops and bulk buy purchases do not qualify for loyalty points and loyalty points cannot be used to purchase workshops or classes. 

New loyalty points show on your account after your order has been dispatched and are redeemable once you have collected 100 points.

Once you have collected 100 points, you will be prompted on check out to use the points if you wish to.

Please note you need to start redeeming your loyalty points within 2 years of issue or the points will automatically be deleted from you account.
